Do I have something fun for you today!! I found this great pattern for a witches shoe {{here}} Just download, print and put together. It comes in two pieces - the main shape and the insert. I created my shoe from black Bazzill cardstock. Then I traced the patterns onto patterned paper and decorated the sides.
Then I really went to town!
I made made one alteration to the pattern by putting a a fanned piece up the back of the shoe (where the tag sits). Then I created a rosette to put on the toe of the shoe. On this rosette I glued a sparkly, blingy buckle in a heart shape, a big pink organza double bow and then topped off with a digi witch image from Meljen's Designs. I coloured my little witch with my copics and added some goggly eyes and gloss. I also used a gold pen for her hat buckle. On the sides of the shoe I glued some black ruffled ribbon and added a bow to the heal of the shoe.
Along the bottom of the heal I added some decorative edging (it's like a long roll of sticker).
Along the side of the shoe I added some eyes, flowers, bling and pearls.
Here's the cute little witch I coloured and you can see the sparkly buckle. You can also see the toe of the shoe is purple - this colour runs the entire inside of the shoes.
I added a little more of the pink organza ribbon. I ruffled it as I glued it and then tucked the little tag with sentiment in behind. Now it's a little tricky to see but there is also a clear acetate picture with a tree and owl on it that is attached to the shoe. This stands up and the owl overlooks all the chocolate eye-balls! I added some googly eyes to him too - cause you can never have too many!

P.S. Please remove word verification, it takes too much time & effort for DT members to go through the process and most won't leave you a wonderful comment!

P.s. I agree about the word verification, it took me 6 attempts before it was even readable, such a shame for you not to get comments for your work
Hee! This is such a fun project, I love it! :D You really did go to town!
Thanks for joining in our Use a Digi challenge at OSAAT this week. :)
As above, please see if you can turn word verification off. It does make it harder for people to comment and a lot of DT members, who have a lot of blogs to visit and comment on, won't be able to. I didn't even know I had it on on my blog until someone commented and told me cos Blogger made changes a while back and turned it on by default!
